Cold and unfriendly service. My husband and I visited the Henley branch yesterday , we got in at 6:45pm and was greeted by a staff without smile. He asked did you have reservation, we said no! Then, he was mumbling and took us to a corner area. It was a very quiet evening, I noticed that three tables were being served when we got in. We ordered starter : chicken coconut soup and the deep fried squid, followed by lamb, sizzling seafood and morning glory. They all are excellent ! However, we were almost waiting over 30 min after started being served. When we were waiting, we could see all the empty tables were filled up. Therefore, we were served our main course while the rest of tables also had their main course ! Such a long waiting and the staff always show cold face and not smiling all the time when they served us. In the end, we asked for the bill but it never came, I had to walk to the counter to pay it. How disappointed the service although the food is excellent. Thai people always has a good reputation of their smiling and polite attitude but Henley branch does let us down.
