Aya is a standard lebanese restaurant that does nothing exceptionally by my experience. What was a shame was that they didn’t serve wraps to eat in. But what we did order, mixed grills, were ok. The portions are better in other places though- if you’re paying 12 quid for a plate of food you expect a decent amount of meat. That wasn’t really the case here though! Maybe next time
Tasty Lebanese food in a buzzing family atmosphere! The interior is a mixture of traditional and modern setting, with the back of the restaurant having a more traditional feel about it. The price is slightly overpriced which is a bit disappointing. Especially since the service is awful – on both my visits I’ve had this complaint. The waiters are rude and very slow. Oh and if you enjoy waiting for your food, you’ll love this. By the time your main meal arrives you’ll have filled up on the starters!
