Absolutely shocking service, I was on hold for over 12minutes and I could hear the staff taking multiple orders over the counter. The manager clearly forgot about me. The last straw was when the other line was answered by the manager and she took an order. I had to hang up and try again. Finally after 10 attempts I get through. Straight away asked to hold without even hearing me. After a min I spoke with the manager and complained, she denies serving someone on the phone and that it was busy. Then she rudely interrupted me and said do you want to order, I said I did want to but not now. She sounded quite uninterested in that. Shocking. I will never order again from these. They have lost atleast 120 a month from my family. I hope it was worth the rudeness.
I had some great deliveries to this place. I won’t order again after what happened the other day. A tip for the management – if you mess up an order, don’t laugh at your customers when they ring up upset about it.
Cosy as it gets, this Chinese restaurant serves food to please the customers taste buds. As someone who usually finds Asian food absolutely undercooked and unpleasant, I was pleasantly surprised to have the right combination of everything with a mild Srilankan touch(as the Srilankan in me would call it) to the food I had here. So you could say, each dish is custom made for individual diners.
