A regular haunt of ours when visiting Southend. All food cooked to order so a little wait but worth it. Very good portion size. Popular but quite a lot of seats if you want to eat inside and avoid the seagulls.
Visited here with friends for first time for years. Fish was freshly cooked to order which was very good. The value good as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely visit again when in Southend again.
The two young girls working were very pleasant and helpful . Great food.Had the pensioners fish and chips it came with buttered roll and a cuppa lovely and good value .
Wanted a nice traditional fish & chips by the seafront & this place didn’t disappoint, definitely nothing fancy but food was lovely, chips especially were excellent
Attended with very noisy toddlers but staff were very chilled about it all. Shabby and very few customers at lunchtime. Large portions and food was generally good. Mug of tea wonderful. Imagine it would be used more if nearer town centre. Would go back.
