This is a more budget version of other well-known spicy chicken chains. Nonetheless, I have found that the quality of food here for the price point is impressively good. There are a number of other Portuguese themed, spicy chicken restaurants around London and globally but, again, what a comeback two is that for the price point You do get quite an impressive variety of food here.My favourite dish on the menu is the half chicken spicy. This is not breaking any new culinary ground but if you are looking for a relatively healthy meal and you want it quickly and without costing the Earth, you could do a lot worse than going to this neighbourhood grill chicken restaurant.
as a regular customer I can say the staff are nice on a slow day but don’t care and puts sloppy craftsman on a usual day on a day which is on a weekday and not on a holiday and have it open till around 6 ish or later and have above average pizza and good chicken wings but prices can change how on a weekday to weekend becauseit’s cheaper for the secondary school around the block the pizza is too expensive and not worth buying so buy some other pizza from some other place but the chicken burger is a waste the bun is too big for the chicken and the chicken alone is alright but the collectiveof all the ingredients togetheris bad the chicken altogether, however, all types of chicken is good, but not worth going to if coming from far away like 40mins but if it’s local and takes like 15-20 mins then I would suggest going and starting with some chicken wings and chips with drinks from the shop next to it, not the dry cleaner the fine foodsplace its a lot cheaper and has more variety but Fanta, pepsi, and cherry coke the chips are sometimes dry and hollow but are always good with sauce but are also sometimes the complete opposite but it happens a lot less than the first one and the peri chicken is good and the 1/2 chicken is good when fresh but terrible and ugly when dry and the hygiene is alright but there isn’t much seating and the barbeque wings and good but because of the box the sauce and the skin comes off and makes pointless and worse than it usually is and grease comes through the box always and it breaks apart either overtime or weight
Very clean and spacious chicken and chip shop, situated at a 2 minute walking distance from the Putney bridge station. Serves a variety of options out of which I’ve tried the grilled chicken and chips. Huge portions served which was big enough to fill me and my friend. Food sold at an average price. Extremely friendly staff and lovely environment in the restaurant. I would definitely stop by again.
