Went there last year and the salad looked and tasted amazing! Today however was disappointing. We sat outside and waited to be served and although there was hardly any custom inside, the waitress took far too long to take our order. Further more, we had two children under 10, who were starving and not only did the food take a long time to arrive, the adults’ order came first, which I think is thoughtless, we ordered salads, so I really don’t understand! As for the food, it was very ordinary and didn’t look like the spectacular display I had last year. I had to wait for a table on my previous visit, today, Friday afternoon, the sun was out but Cibo was empty!
Very disappointing. Has this place been taken over? Used to be the best breakfast/lunch venue for miles, now we’re treated to poor service, weak coffee and a waitress who didn’t even try to pretend she was pleased to see us. It happened once so we forgave it and tried again. We won’t be going back.
