Me and my family have been coming here for, forever! The food is consistently tasty. We are sticklers and usually go for the same food each time we visit, but we rarely get disappointed. Take away is also tasty and hot!Decor is outdated, but I don’t come here to look at the walls. I come here for the yummy chinese food!!
We’ve been to this restaurant for nearly 20years. Consistently great. We’ve tried others but Honeymoon is always the best. It would be great if they delivered but it’s worth the effort collecting it.
Average Chinese restaurant with outdated decor.Nothing wow about this restaurant but at least the food was ok.The selection on the menu is like any other Chinese restaurant.Service was ok and atmosphere on the weekend can be a bit loud but that can be expected.Ordered the platter for starters which was ok and a number of dishes for main from beef and black bean sauce to sweet and sour chicken which overall was ok.
Despite the atrocious 1980s decor and heart shaped front window (!), the food quality is actually quite good. Saying that the atmosphere isn’t equal to the food, and unless you go in a large group or go on a busy Saturday night, you’ll be wondering why you didn’t take it home to eat!
Fantastic. Really good chinese food, really good price – GO, end of story, just GO!
