Ordered fr first time and was advised it could take up to 45mins to an hour as it was wkend but actually got the food in 30 minutes! (Local pamlers green) However the food was amazing, lovely crispy duck sweet and sour balls and prawn egg fried rice -will be ordering again! Got complimentary prawn crackers too!

The most awful service I’ve never received. They got my order wrong twice, this first time they gave me beef when i asked for Bean Curd, (i’m a vegetarian)! when i called to tell them the mistake, i was told i asked for beef, why would i ask for beef when i am a vegetarian. Then i had to waste my lunch hour going there again to change it. went back to my office and when i opened my food they gave me egg fried rice instead of the noodles i asked for. I then called to let them know they made a mistake again only for the woman to rudely put me on hold while she served 3 other customers, she then left me hanging on the phone for a further 5 minutes before she remembered i was on the phone. When i told her her mistake she told me had i had told her i wanted rice, when i told her that i never said that she said ‘look we are very busy’ at this point i hung up the phone and returned to the shop a third time. I asked for my money back and she did not even apologise for her mistake. I will never go there again.
The worst Chinese I have ever had……….Me and my 2 work colleges went there this lunch time and we ordered 2x King Prawn lunch time deals. The request for one of them to be extra hot with egg fried rice. Instead we got a dry King Prawn with egg fried rice. Can any one tell me………… Which idiot would cook food that is dryer than the Sara Dessert?The second dish was a Sweet & Sour Chaw Main which my work mate said it tasted like a load of slop put together and nothing like he had tasted before.When I called the restaurant the the lady after 10 minutes of explaining what was wrong was very rude………..
WORST SERVICE EVER. Food came 45 minutes late and it was freezing, we rung up to complain and we got put on hold for 20 minutes and hung up numerous amount of times. They offered us 20 percent of our next order, which didnt help the current situation of being starving having waiting so long, NEVER ORDERING AGAIN
Tried this place or the first time telephone order, delivered in a reasonable amount of time and I was happy to give the driver a tip. On unpacking one dish of prawn balls 5.60 was not in the bag, I telephoned to tell them and the response was ‘no we delivered everything’ no I said one dish is missing , no came the reply I packed it 100% , I said well its 101% NOT here. The sweet and sour sauce was but nothing to put in it. I really couldn’t waste my time with a fool who was basically calling me a liar. So first and last visit and the food wasn’t much good either. It’s a case of I’m really hungry, fancy Chinese food and after you eat you regret buying from that particular place.So in summary I wont get ripped off by this mob again.Order at your own risk. you have been warned.0/10
Waited an hour and 35 mins for delivery, didn’t come so called and cancelled, could have got one from Birmingham in that time !! Order at your own risk !!!
