Rosie's is an independent run local restaurant in Southsea, Portsmouth. Established in 1982, Rosie's continues to be an iconic wine bar bistro serving up relaxed dining in an unrivalled atmosphere. We offer a wide range of wine, food, live jazz and are open six days a week. We have built up a reputation for high quality food and a unique atmosphere.
