About
On the ground floor of the Hilton London Bankside Hotel, OXBO Bankside uses local produce to create flavour-packed European dishes. An elegantly styled dining room and cocktail bar make for a uniquely chic dining destination. Regional produce such as Cornish monkfish cheeks and Borough Market Portobello mushroom is highlighted in dishes such as duck breast with artichoke pure, mandarin jus and sweet potato crisps. Beautifully presented desserts such as blueberry and fudge bread and butter pudding provide a mouth-watering conclusion to the OXBO Bankside menu. The William Morris-inspired design at OXBO London features bare brickwork and metal screens to produce a cool, urban ambience which is enhanced by the open kitchen. Once a Victorian distillery, the aptly named Distillery bar features aromatically infused cocktails which celebrate the site's history. Paul Bates leads the Hilton Bankside's innovative restaurant which is a 5-minute walk from Southwark Tube station.
