  i have only ever had two problems with Herbies I was the last one of the day but despite that as I couldn’t eat the pizza with paprika and on the other occasion wrong icecream they were STILL WILLING VERY PROFESSIONAL to go back and make a new one and change the ice cream outside of this I have ALWAYS HAD EXELLANT SERVICE FOR in my opinion MANY YEARS FROM THIS COMPANY AND I PERSONALY PREFER IT TO ALL THE OTHERS they go out of there way to help you they will even make one pizza half one side how you want and the other side like a different pizza if you ask nicely they will try and accommodate what you want how you want ,I love pepperoni in my cheesey herbies garlic bread with plenty of garlic if your prepared to waite and pay what it costs they will do their utmost to help you ,I don’t understand anyone not likeing them I have NOTHING BUT GOOD PRAISE FOR THEM IT IS ALWAYS NICE AND THEY ARE ALWAYS PLEASED TO HELP REGULERS they always remember me they know what I like so just check I want the same and remind me of prices anything else I may like these people give a professional service worthy for the queen always tasty I wont use any other company id recommend them to anyone <3 Herbies pizzas

  I have ordered from Herbies many times and it was always great until my order on 4th June. There was hair inside the dough of the garlic bread and under the cheese of the pizza in two places.These things happen, I would have forgiven if it I was given an apology and a refund. Instead I was called a liar down the phone and made out to be a fool. My partner and I have blonde hair, the hairs in the Pizza were black. I will never ever order here again.

  i am very disapointed as when i orderd my food it came without what i orderd the man that deliverd the food said i would get a free pizza today so thought ok they made up for there mistake when i called to get my free pizza i was told by the man on the phone nice try i cant help you in other words calling me a liar i will never orderd from here again there are 6 people that live in this house we always order a pizza at the weekend i can safely say i will not order from herbies again also when i asked to speak with the manager he said no i cant be botherd costermer service skills …poor
