Food: Mini Mixed Grill. Good quality food, well cooked, marianated well, a perfect portion and a variety of delicious sauces to choose from. Service: If dining in, once food is ordered an average waiting time of 15 minutes is expected. Service during the eating in experience was alright but could be better.Order for collection, you will be told there is a 15 minute wait but upon arrival expect to wait another 15 minutes, that’s half an hour! This experience (not just the timing) proved that the place required much better service, communication (when ordering according to specific requirements) and customer care. The service is where Bar-B-Que proved to lose most points.Venue: Small venue but do-able for a small group of local friends. Okay layout with sensible grill like decor. Good bus link, good for OFF PEAK parking (if you’re a local resident good at all times) in front or side roads. Loses just a few points on the venue because of size, which can’t be helped. However, this CAN be made up on the service!OVERALL: Good food, do-able venue and bad service.(Constructive advice to Bar-B-Que, advertise more and sort out the service).
