This lovely little cafe is hidden away near Tower Hill and has a lovely atmosphere with great rustic decor and authentic, Italian service. I had a panini which was nice, the cheese was mellow and worked well with the baguette but the ham was poor quality and neither fillings really filled the bread. It was okay, well priced but I wouldn’t rush back.

Amongst a sea of chains, this is a great little caf serving really delicious coffee. I had a simple black americano and sat outside to watch the world go by.My friend had a latte and baguette which she said was soft and packed full of filling. Double thumbs up from her!The staff were super friendly and although the coffee was a little overpriced (mine came in at 2.25) I would definitely go back. syruptitiously.com

I came across here during a lunch break and thought it looked promising. I picked up a Parma ham baguette sandwich and a hazelnut latte. The lattes took a little time and were made with care and precision, which I really appreciated. The sandwich was cut in half and placed on a plate for me before I took it outside to one of the small wrought iron tables. The baguette, which I expected to be very crispy and hard to bite through, was actually a nicer softer bread, easy to chew with not too many crumbs covering me. The balance of the mildly sweet bread with the salty ham and mozzarella was great. The latte was great, definitely one of go back for. The coffee was balanced perfectly with the sweetness of the hazelnut syrup, with no overpowering singular taste, just a perfect balance.
