It’s part of the inexpensive Wetherspoons chain where you should always have a look underfoot at the garish custom designed wall to wall carpet that is unique to each pub. if you don’t want to see sports on TV or the slot machines, then the tables at the back and on the raised platform next to the picture windows feel quite upmarket.I was surprised by the number of options for beers on tap as well as craft beers by the bottle. I loved my White Riot wheat beer from the tap, which was lemony, fresh, and slightly sweet. A great summer tipple.I’m still trying to figure out what to order as a snack in a Wetherspoons. We have tried the chicken tenders in two different branches and they are reliably good. Tender and succulent and crisp with no greasiness which attests that they know how to deep fry here. They use a high temperature and perform careful draining. I am not crazy about the accompanying the chipotle mayo dipping sauce, but there are enough condiments on the table to mix up something you like.Ciabatta with garlic butter was a spongy factory bread. It did come drenched with garlic butter if you are in the mood for that kind of thing. I wouldn’t order the new menu item of grilled mini corn on the cob again from the sides section. It was a tiny portion of two rings of corn maybe each an inch thick. So the total order was half a cob. Despite bearing char marks from a grill they tasted soggy and waterlogged. I suspect this is corn from the deep freeze section that has been grilled for cosmetic purposes but reheated in the microwave.

I went to this restaurant while I was in London a couple of weeks ago twice for brunch, and I loved the place. They had a vast variety of food, starting from traditional Sunday roast to Indian cuisine with chicken curry and rice along with chutney. I also loved their dessert and would definitely recommend this place.
