In the Dining Room we cook tapas-style small plates with British ingredients and take inspiration with flavours from the USA, the Middle East and Asia. It's global cooking with punchy flavours in a format that is great to share. We do most of our cooking over oak and coal and change the menu frequently, so follow our Instagram to see what we're up to today. We're open until midnight for late-night dining every Friday & Saturday.
