So happy to have found Halal Korean food during my week-long stay in London! I ordered the tofu seafood jjigae and beef bibimbap for myself and had the most amazing meal 🙂 I am a fan of Korean cuisine and the food at Kinkao Korea couldn’t taste more authentic, homemade and delicious. The chef is really generous with the portion of seafood in the stew and the bibimbap had all the highlights of a stone-pot bibimbap! The fluffy short-grain rice was coupled with crunchy bits of burnt-rice (like the way it should be!) and the sauce was made in-house and had the perfect balance of sweet, spicy and sour. All the flavours of the bibimbap came together harmoniously and it was the perfect antidote to a cold day in London. It’s no mean feat to create Korean cuisine for Muslims but Kinkao did a fantastic job. So happy to have dined here! The chef and staff are the loveliest with such thoughtful insights about the world. I hope Kinkao will go far!

Great tasting food. We ordered the KFC, Calamari, sea food bibimbap and beef Stir fry. Everything tasted great. Although a few teething problems with the hosts, but we were told 2/3 people were on their first day.

Tasty authentic thai food! My favourite was the papaya salad and fish. The balace of spice and tanginess was perfect. The pad thai could be a bit more tasty to my liking, but other than that everything was amazing! Definitely would come back! watthafork.wixsite.com

Beautiful presented mixed starter platter from the halal thai restaurant Kinkao in Brick Lane. Price. 12.50.First time visit to Kinkao last night. A nice thai restaurant in Brick Lane. A nice experience. Simple and good food, well priced. This mixed starter has a definite wow factor. I ordered it because the table next to us ordered it and then another table that came after us ordered it because of us!You get a mix of starters, nothing was stand out, it was average I’m my opinion, spring rolls, fish cakes the usual suspects. The chicken Satay wasn’t too my liking. But its a good dish to order as there is a variety of items. halalfoodguy.co.uk
