I wish I could rate the food because I’ve heard that it was supposed to be well above average. Unfortunately I never got a chance to taste it because I waited 45 minutes to have my order taken and then left when it seemed that the waiter was just ignoring us. He was too busy clearing up people’s plates and serving other tables to take two minutes to jot down our order. It was the worst service I have ever experienced! So bad that no one even noticed us leave. Definitely not coming back.

Delicious and reasonably priced. We ordered the flat noodles, yellow curry and basil chicken. All were very tasty, though the basil chicken was very different from the minced version (pad krapow gai) I was expecting! The meal was perfectly complemented by some cold Chang beer.

Very nice and cousy place to eat Thai food where the usual known are available from Pad Thai to several others. Mango with sticky rice was not bad but the coconut cream and crunchy topping was missing. Service was ok.

We chose Thai to end an enormous day. We had to ask twice to chance tables because of the cold near the door. But the food was great and spicy just like Thai food needs to be

My friend brought me here – it’s a small restaurant with several tables, nice & friendly service and tasty food:) We ordered the red curry with vegetables and tofu – spicy as it should be, don’t forget the rice! I had the fried noodles with veggies and tofu (with sweet soya sauce) – tasty, but a bit too greasy in my opinion. Top everything off with some Chang beer – lovely! Pricewise – most main dishes vary from 7 to 12. Do go here if you like thai food:)

I had a hankering for some decent Thai food,so I was on my way to the nearby Mudmee restaurant in Artillery Lane, having eaten there during my last stay in London in June, when I passed by Rosa’s. The place was packed do I decided to give it a try.I’ll preface this review by saying I love eating and cooking Thai, and am a Graduate of the Blue Elephant Cooking School in Bangkok, having spent 2 weeks solid learning Thai cooking for six hours per day’sI started wIth the deep fried chicken wings, which were pleasant enough but not outstanding. One thing I’ve noticed in the UK is that the servings for Thai food are much smaller (and more expensive) than Australia, even Sydney, where I live. But I digress. The chicken wings consisted of two tiny (and I mean tiny) wings deep fried and jointed so there were 4 pieces ( 2 mid wings and two brunettes) topped wIth deep fried garlic and served with a sweet chili sauce. It was nice but not outstanding. Now I’m must confess, I love a good Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) so the Spaghetti Pad Kee Mao wIth prawns was a must try for me, although I much prefer the traditional version with flat rice noodles. However, it is increasingly common to see it done with spaghetti instead of the rice noodles, even in Bangkok. Here’s where the meal went a bit south for me. The flavor was okay but there was a distinct absence of holy (or Thai) basil in the dish or beaten egg. However the dish was excessively oily, so much so that there wasca large pool of oil at the bottom of the plate.Bottom Line, I was pretty disappointed all in all. The service was brusque and adequate. The food was average. The best bit for me was the Chang beer I washed it down wIth.Would I come back? Nope. Mudmee nearby had better flavours and service (with the same mingy portion sizes). Very disappointed.
