From the website the pipeline looks like a cool rock n roll bar but as you walk in you’re not sure you’ve got the right place. It looks a bit like a jazzed up All Bar One with bankers playing pool in one corner and slot machines next to a huge Jaeger flag in the other. Metal music plays loudly overhead while Scuzz is on the TV (hello, emo youth) then to top it off, a group of young blokes walk in asking if the football’s on. Oh and they serve Japanese street food here, just to add to the atmosphere. Confused? Yeah you should be.Good selection of beers and not the worst establishment I’ve ever visited but this place needs to decide what it is. whatsarahdoes.com
