Great little cafe. Excellent coffee!! Very good cake selection too including gluten free options.
Interesting cold drinks. Walking to Lincoln’s Inn to escape the heat we found the this place tucked off the souless Kingsway and High Holborn. Not well signed at all and you could miss it easily going down Kingsway.Busy, plently of seating outside. Big on the serving for brunch. Prices fair. Service a little slow. Too hot for coffee so we tried a quirky shaved ice drink . Nice pitstop whilst walking.
Great coffee. This place feels like home – I don’t even have to open my mouth to ask and a delicious flat white is in my hands every morning. Better than anything else around here, probably because the staff actually care.
Fleet River Holborn Charmed. Lovely spot away from the fast pace High Holborn. Big USP is they make eveything on site. Loads of seating and sunny decor.
Very disappointing 🙁 we were very excited to eat at fleet river bakery but on arrival we found clearly flustered staff, plates stacked around diners and a closed kitchen (at 11:30 on a saturday morning) because ‘they were too busy’. So we decided to get a coffee to go instead and after waiting 10mins had to ask for a refund on our ‘missing’ coffee and find somewhere else to eat. Hopefully we just went on a bad day.
Lovely Bakery. Work just 2 blocks away from the Fleet and cant stay away. Morning muffins(Raspberry and choco) and a flat white is a great way to start my day.Lunch usually go for the variety of sandwiches, not a great fan of the salads and a final stop before heading home to decide between one of the lovely cakes (best chocolate gluten free) to take to my husband. Keep it up fleet river!Kath
