Went here for a Friday lunch. Its a small restaurant that fits only plenty of people, so there usually lines at the outside. Fortunately, it didnt take that long for me to get into the restaurant for a seat.I ordered Gekikara ramen with hard noodle. It was ready in less than 5 minutes, which was much a surprise for me. The ramen was served with Tonkotsu (pork bone) broth topped with beansprouts, spring onions, wood ear mushrooms, minced pork, pork belly, and seaweed. The broth was rich, and it tasted even better (and spicier) when I mixed the minced pork into the broth. It was overall a nice dish, but the only I missed out from the experience is the absence of the soft-boiled eggs (which I didnt realise wasnt on the Gekikara ramen).I will absolutely come back for another try on the menu!
