food : start off with a complementary plate of olives and italian bread , this is the ultimate italian place. you can feel real taste of the mozzarella , the pasta perfectly al dante . as for deserts the lemon sorbets lives up to the italian gelato standarts and the tiramisu is very unique( in a good way ) so try it all out. oh and good wine selection for those who like a good drink and most of all enjoy. atmosphere : the service is perfecto ! Everyone is italian and speaks italian a nice vibe to the whole experience .
Great little Italian. Loved the meal we had here.Interesting menu, with lots of specials to choose from. The food was great, only slight criticism we had, was that because the upstairs cosy restaurant was full, we were set to the slightly atmosphereless cellar bar, in which we were the only occupants.The pizzas and pastas seem homemade and are cooked to order, with generous toppings, also seems very popular for takeaways.A good choice, on a wet and windy Thursday evening
Neighbourhood trattoria. Weekday lunch at L’Osteria 57 is a bustling, unfussy affair. Patrons are mainly from offices nearby. It was very warm inside due to the small space and proximity of the kitchen but quite charming. Outdoor seating available. Had the antipasti and pasta from the daily special blackboard – fresh, well cooked and well portioned. But I don’t rate their Tiramisu. It needed more chilling time. Overall a good neighbourhood restaurant, reasonably priced.
Wonderful! A really sweet place. Great service be delicious food… recommend specials everytime! Enjoy!
