Smoking goat is cramped. loud, and not the comfiest seating available. Some may consider this charming, but I may be in the minority who prefers comfort. Despite all of this, I would gladly prop myself on a stool again for what is a true deviation from your typical Thai experience. Food here is adequately seasoned to the point that it won’t alienate most but does not feel like its compromising to please the crowd. Hints of fish sauce and just enough chili permeate from plate to plate. All of the meats are cooked to a point of peak tenderness. You’ll want sticky rice in abundance here, as the sauces that accompany each individual meat course are something you’ll want to sop up as much of as you can. Good food, good value, and friendly staff can make up for eating in what feels like a cramped pub. instagram.com
