Loved the lobster roll!! It was amazing, juicy, lemony and felt like high end comfort food. The chips were so good as well (really like the fact that they are limitless – brownie points!!). I felt that value for money was not amazing for this dish though, especially when for 4 more you can get a full size lobster. Appetizers were less awesome – onion rings were dripping oil and tacos were cold and did not taste as I would expect. The Sirloin did not taste amazing either (probably down to the meat quality, not the way it was confectioned). Cocktails were yum, I must say!!There was not much space between tables, so it did not feel as intimate as I would have liked.Overall, it was a good night out, but when you go to a lobster (& steak) restaurant the expectation for every little detail is high, which is why I give a 3.
A very high class restaurant but it was empty during my lunch break. The menu was simple either have a steak or lobster. I choose the lobster which came with umlimited chips & salad. Sounded like a win-win situation I ordered more salad and chips but the lobster was a little overcooked. For 20, it wasn’t too bad. Would I go there again remains to be seen.

Initially when I saw this I thought it was a fast food restaurant type place but it’s so posh kinda. Nonetheless I really loved the steak. The salad is amazing ! I kept getting refills on that. Their fish cake starter is really good. A bit pricey on the drinks but steak made up for it 🙂
Just as the name suggest, they serve delicious steaks and lobsters. The restaurant is always busy which perhaps contributed to its slow service. However, the interior is exquisite, a sight to behold. Its a great place to have that special date.
In a nutshell: Good, reasonably-priced lobster, somewhere that isnt up itselfId heard from a few friends that the food at Steak & Lobster was good, and it lived up to expectations. I had to ask the person next to me to pinch me when we were told that the fries and salad were unlimited he was a complete stranger. Little bit awkward.The restaurant actually lives inside a hotel (the Radisson Blu Edwardian) but looks from the outside like an independent restaurant. The dcor inside is interesting – high ceilings, black furniture, shimmery walls. Relatively smart, but not uncomfortably so.Lobster was delicious, and a whole lobster (plus unlimited fries and salad) for 20 is very reasonable. Chicken frites with chorizo aioli was a very nice surprise for a starter. Excellent. The bottomless salad is actually very good too – baby leaves, sunflower seeds, parmesan and croutons.Service isn’t lightning fast, but the staff are very polite and friendly. morselwombat.wordpress.com
