Strozzapreti is a new fresh pasta venture by Bridget Hugo, co-founder of sourdough pizzeria Franco Manca and artisan bakery BreadBread. Fresh pasta is a natural progression for Bridget in her Italian food journey. With the collaborative efforts of restaurateur Giuseppe Mascoli and Abruzzo chef Andrea Beccaceci as recipe consultants, Strozzapreti combines innovative food concepts and traditional Italian cooking practices, with a focus on simplicity and seasonal ingredients. Provenance of ingredients is key, with sustainability high on the agenda. The flagship kitchen is in Seven Dials Market, KERBs first indoor food destination in the buzzing heart of Londons West End.
