The Western Carvery is a 70 seat restaurant in the Great Room of the Western Hotel serving fresh, traditional Sunday roasts. A choice of three meats and a vegetarian option are always available together with 5 or 6 fresh vegetables, served with home-made gravy and condiments. Five or six desserts are offered including home-made seasonal dishes - all with a full bar and an open fire in Winter.
