Very nice little place with friendly people. The cakes are very very good. I had two, which I shouldnt have done. They are proper cakes so its hard to not, especially if you have got a sweet tooth.
They do great Cake and Sandwiches (they will even do strange sandwich requests) Made while you wait. Lovely, friendly cafe all at a great price. Looking for food for business lunches, these guys can help you out.
Coffee is great, cakes are great, sandwiches freshly made to order. Staff are always friendly. Bacon sarnies cooked to order – great.
Really lovely owners, always smiling and very friendly. Food is home cooked, and always tastes great!
Delicious homemade cake. Very good value hot lunches. Individual requirements catered for. Feels good to support this local, friendly family business.
Great selection of foods, drinks and magazines- the Guiness cakes are particularly delicious! Also good for panini, baked potatoes, and all the usual cafe food, as well as bacon / sausage rolls and sandwiches.
Great for either eating in or grabbing a take away sandwich & coffee to sit by the river. Don’t get me started on their Millionaire’s Shortbread!
