After a complete refurb, Public Market opened in December 2015. We offer delicious breakfasts, light snacks, artisan cakes, salads, pizzas to eat in or take out, 7 days a week. Relax with a drink while you wait or dine-in. We have an extensive beer, wine, cocktail and milkshake menu that will appeal to palates of all ages. With a welcoming vibe and the tempting aromas from our wood fired pizza oven, Public Market is a modern and sociable environment fit for any occasion. Whether you want to come with friends, colleagues or dine alone, we can cater for parties of all sizes. Our menu covers breakfast, lunch, dinner and light bites to be enjoyed throughout the day. Join us for a traditional English breakfast or try our very own Public Market granola of mixed berries, Greek yoghurt, honey and fresh mint. Delish! Our unique pizzas are handmade from a slow rising sour dough base (Ssh...Neapolitan recipe is a closely guarded secret!). Each one can be cooked in just 90 seconds using our wood fired pizza oven. It reaches temperatures of 500C - this fast blast ensures you enjoy a light and moreish pizza, so appetising you wont leave a crumb. Food is our passion so we only use the finest quality local ingredients so you enjoy a first class dining experience that you'll want to repeat again, and again.
