The fish and chips are nice. Nothing too extraordinary though.I found the service to be poor as I had to go up to a member of staff to place my order they also never came back with a sauce after asking if I wanted one. So over all okay but not great
Had oysters with guinness, special deal 12 I think. Very nice, as were the whitebait – though a bit over-battered. Cod burger was very big and greasy, but that was exactly what I needed at the time. Very friendly waiting staff – Food okay – don’t ask for bread though, you’ll get cheap white sliced with marge!You do tend to get tramps begging for food and money if you sit outside, you’d think the management would put a stop to this – like they would in any other country in the world!
