Bets are on!. Lovely, warm and welcoming venue for a pleasant meal with friends, mature family or as a couple. Situated on the Downs, this can make it hard to get to but well worth the trip. The menu is well worded and full of choice, but don’t expect to see just plain ol’ fish ‘n’ chips or burger in a bun here. They are on the menu but under a more alluring title. The food is always well presented and very tasteful. Staff are hard working and pleasant, knowledgeable and not shy to recommend a new drink or snack. This venue can get busy so I would suggest calling and booking in advance, especially if in a group to avoid disappointment.
I found the food rather bland and not much to the imagination other wise not a bad evening could do with improvments, like service speed
Fabulous menu tastey with good pictures in the gents, helps alot!!. Definatly recomend it for a celebartion and to end the dinner, order the chocolate desert mmmmm.
