I had a killer appetite for this beef rib dish! The meat was beautifully succulent and fatty. The flavour was just right and I was surprised with the slight hint of sweetness.
Had a chance to grab a bite at the Chicago Rib Shack in the Food court area of Westfield in Stratford- while it was my first time there, I have to say I’d go back often if I could. Especially for the really yummy Ribs and Wings combo (topped with an excellent coleslaw and a nice portion of fries). Service was quick and easy, and the staff seemed polite and helpful. Our other order of a spicy chicken burger was just about ok though, and the wife was left a tad disappointed by the amount of ice in the otherwise very nice (homemade) iced tea- I’d recommend this highly… just ask the counter to go easy on the ice cubes.So if you happen to be on a shopping spree, or just hanging about Westfield, do give this joint a try- quite yummy at a very affordable price.
