Absolutely love love love pretzels with the warm cinnamon and sugar topping. Its the perfect snack to keep you going while shopping. I like the way they serve you a small taster to get you to buy a full pretzel.
It started when I was offered a free sample of a pretzel by a member of staff. It instantly became one of my favourites which led me into buying many pretzels for myself and for friends which we all throughly enjoyed. My friend ordered the sticks which come It’s situated in one of the busiest malls which means there are many customer queued up to buy. However the staff do a great job in serving everyone quickly and fairly. Would recommend to anyone looking for delicious quality pretzels on the run.
Every time i go into Westfield i cant seem to leave without getting some pretzels for the journey. My favourite one is the sugar and cinnamon one, its simple yet delicious, and goes down a treat with a hot chocolate, yumm! They’re served warm and they’re soft it practically melts in your mouth *drooool* Its only a little stall so seating is very limited, though being inside the shopping centre this isn’t a problem. The service is average and the majority of the staff are friendly, although you get the odd moody, dismissive one whose just interested in rushing you. Overall great pretzels on the go with service being rather quick
At lunchtime, I was walking down Westfield shopping centre and there was this Eastern European lady. I don’t even know if I should call her a lady because she was not nice. She was giving people samples to try out there and they are all of different race. When she saw that I was young, black and alone. She acted as if she had finished giving out samples and when I tried to take some because I thought she was taking a break, she told me I can’t have it and told me to go away and when I went away, she started giving out samples again. I did not try the sample again because she will tell me to go away. This is bad customer service and they expect to buy things from them. I am 100% percent sure that she was racist and she’ll probably tell her staff about me so that everytime they see me, they’ll turn against. Who employs someone like that?
