as always, arthur’s never disappoints. gorgeous location overlooking twickenham green, and in the summer you can physically sit outside on the green which is just lovely. the inside of the restaurant is great too – really tastefully quirky, intimate and real roses on every table! the staff are a group of lovely girls who are always smiling no matter how busy they are, and the food is amazing. i recommend the breakfast, in particular the spanish breakfast which has chorizo, piquilo pepper, spanish tortilla, mushroom, tomato and streaky bacon. another great one is the smoked salmon and scrambled egg. the dinner menu is great too, lots of choice. for that i would recommend the fishcake which is always the best ive ever had, or the game pie, all home made.
