I’ve hungered for 50 years for a traditional Lardy Cake since my Nan died who used to bake them when I was a kid. Finally found somewhere that bakes them as a round bun cake – absolutely wonderful.

Good quality independent baker with great fresh bread and cakes. Good selection of fresh sandwiches and rolls with local ingredients.
Have to try the local pastry in the name of Glastonbury, right? Warm and tasteful, beef and potato, you won’t be disappointed.
