Modern Baker is the UK's first healthy baking brand. Our concept cafe offers a range of sourdough breads and healthier cakes and biscuits. All treats are refined sugar free and contain natural, organic ingredients with vegan and gluten free options available too. Alongside our own offering, we have an extensive drinks menu that includes Monmouth coffees, matcha and turmeric lattes. We also have a range of healthy retail food and drink products.
