It’s great to have a Vietnamese restaurant of a good standard in Kingston. Pho Hoi An’s summer rolls are always fresh and made in a good value portion; with the peanut dip, they’re very moreish and nicely authentic too. I love their bun cha noodles with grilled pork, though I would always crave a bigger portion with these – there are nowhere near enough noodles to soak up the delicious nam jim dressing. It’s all good value, but I’d love bigger main course portions.
