I have been to that restaurant on Sunday the 17th of July with my boyfriend. It was a hot sunny day and we were looking forward our meal, as we both love Sichuan food.We first selected our drinks : he took glass a coca cola and I took a honey lemon tea, which was advertised under the section named ICED COFFEE & TEAThe waitress barely listened/looked at my partner when he ordered for us. She then came back 2 minutes later with a coke and a boiling hot cup of tea!We tried to explain I ordered this because I thought it was iced because of the way it is written on their menu, and that I did not want to drink something that hot. She answered that it is Iced coffee.. and regular tea, and that it was too late and she left. Another waiter came round to take our food order a few minutes later, and we attempted to explain him what just happened (hoping he would accept to return my cup and bring me a real iced tea!), unfortunately he did not seem to understand a word, and brought us the bill.We paid, left without touching our drinks, and we are now determined we would never be back.Like I said their menu was confusing, I admit I did not check with the waitress before I ordered if the tea was hot or cold because for me there was no need to. At the end of the day it is only a cup of tea (Boiled tap water with a tea bag in it), they could have exchange it and they would not have lost two hungry customers.Very disappointed.

Do NOT order food from this shop! Never seen such rude person and service. First of all, he refused to deliver food to our building, when I ask why, he said ‘all bad people live in council flat’ and called me ‘stupid’! I should have taken him to police! Do NOT eat there!
I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about, in fact I would go as far as saying this place is something of a hidden gem. While the decor may not be great, the service is polite and speedy and the food is great, authentic and cheap.Because of the dodgy reviews on here I thought it would be best to stick to traditional Sichaun classics and I certainly wasn’t disappointed. In fact, I will be going back to try some of the more interesting sounding dishes. I had fish fragrant aubergines, ants climbing a tree and Sichuan style pork belly with chilis and green peppers. The portions were generous, the food felt authentic (if a little greasy- as to be expected with this style of Chinese food) and the ambiance of the place was fine. I cant help but think the other reviews were expecting something different or just normal Chinese takeway food. But from what I know of it, this is traditional Sichuan food and I would 100% give it a go if you live nearby.
Never go there again!!!!!The restaurant food was low quality and not fresh at all….especially if you order from the All you cab eat hotpot menu. I definitely not recommend this place to anyone else.
