Very delicious traditional Korean food. I live near CEENA and often go there to have dinner with my friends. I like the spicy chicken and galbi beef . They taste soooooo good. Recommend CEENA. Good environment and service.
Small Korean restaurant with not much ambience and all the classical trappings of a modestly priced Asian restaurant: flickering neon-lit fridge with food to go, big tv screen on silent playing in the background and a random music selection with pop classics spanning from the late 80s to the early 00s.The food was actually not bad though. The pork belly bossam was nice and the bibimbap decent. I would come back if I wanted a lunch spot in the area and was craving Korean. This is definitely more of a lunch or takeaway place (unless you like the idea of dining in a dimly lit room in the setting described above!)
Definitely I liked it. Unexpectedly, there was a bar instead of table, it made such a nice atmosphere.I’m not a big fan of Korean food, but I could say that the BBQs were quite awesome. (still there were a lot of menu I’d never tried. lol) I liked the way it was served with a sizzling sound when it comes out. Istarted with Topokki which was bit of spicy but really tasty.Manager and staff were nice, too. I asked them quiet a lot about Korean food but they never looked being bothered.
Book your bibimbab in a bar now. If you want a unique and sizzling/refreshing restaurant experience then Ceena is definitely a decent place to start. The staff will happily educate you on the culture and history behind korea and it’s food if you ask which was pleasant for me.If I lived closer I’d probably order takeout every week.
Totally disappointed. Ordered online as had been recommended by a friend. Arrived to pick up my food and was told the order hadn’t been received despite me receiving a confirmation email, was then told I would have to wait up to 30mins, at this point I walked out as i simply didn’t have time to wait so never even got to sample the food . Very disappointing, get the basics right this sort of thing anoys me more than anything. If the system doesn’t work don’t use.it. I won’t be going back.
