The food and service are great, it is a tiny cafe with no seats but loads of personality and great food, most of which is home made. The sausage rolls are the best in London and the coffee is great, real depth.
I always pass by this place and their sandwiches, displayed at the windows, always look very tasty. So one day, I decided to go get lunch from there. It was 2.30 pm and I know that they usually sell everything before 3pm. Fortunately, there were still some sandwiches left, so I thought I would finally try them. I walked into the shop and the cashier was very unwelcoming, he looked at me weirdly, as if he was unhappy to see another customer. I asked what was left, and he pointed the sandwiches to me, so I studied the labels and then chose two. While he was wrapping them, I took my card out to pay and he said, in the most disagreeable way possible that they only take cash. I was willing to go to the nearest ATM to take cash out if he wasn’t so rude. So I just left , maybe I’ll try another time.
