This is our new haunt and convenience of the location aside, their collection of lagers and ales is good. The scotch eggs pleased many people around me and it’s really nice that they’re always ready alongside the bar nibbles. There are other pubs in the vicinity but this one has my vote
Awesome gastro pub. …in central Lunnun, so expect to buck up. But the food was brilliant. My pals had the scallop and black pudding, the roast pork chop and I had halibut on beet pure and sprout broccoli. Fabulous. Nice historical spot, used to be a library or book store right off historic Fleet Street. Somehow it survived the Blitz. Good thing for you
