  Were asked if we had a booking, we didn’t. We were shown to the table within minutes – we were asked for drinks order and pre starters – so far so good. We ordered starters only they came within 20mins so far so good. We ordered mains (5tables have come and gone – its been 1hr so far) 1 hour past and no mains we ask 3 waiters were is our food – they looked at us and walked away – we asked for the bill for our food so far then the mains came – the table next to us also waited an hour for there food however the mains came 1st instead of the starters. When us brown people tried to make a complaint all we were told ‘we should have made our food order all together and because it was our 1st time there and they are business and as customers we should know this’ we tried to explain that we have gone to a number of other restaurants ordered as we have today and we have never had to wait 1hr or chase our mains’ the manager would not listen to the customers point of view and half way through our complaint he walked away. Very disappointed and will never go there again. And the manager doesn’t understand to keep customers happy means more money in his pocket – all people should be aware of bad service and the food is not all the great.

  Really slow service. Took nearly 90 minutes for starters to arrive another 60 minutes for main meals to be served. Out of the 7. Mains ordered 2 had to be returned as they were cold. I will not be returning
