Our mission is to provide great authentic Japanese traditional food. Our head chef has more than 20 years experience working in Japan and he is the former chef of Aqua London which is a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant. He presents innovative and contemporary Japanese cuisine with an extensive menu of beautifully-presented sushi and sashimi and creative hot dishes.
