Nero’s is always my venue of choice (THE BEST COFFEE!). But this particular Nero’s has such lovely staff! Nothing seems too much trouble (even when I ask for my strong coffee in a certain way!). It’s a pleasure to visit Wheeler Gate Nero’s!!

Been coming here over 4 years. Best Nero in town. Disabled friendly. Quick service compared to other coffee shops in town. Friendly staff.
Nero cafe supporter ,this branch always busy on ground floor , lovely services whatever with long Q .. good coffee . Have a rest after shopping .
Normally Cafe Nero get a very good. However, here it’s a nice venue, coffee was up to standard, nice music, but the classic sandwich was not properly toasted so a downside.
