Having been to Scarborough last year and enjoyed going to the restaurant. We looked forward to going this year. The food was fine – the whole Seabass was particularly good. The garlic bread and Pizzas were average. The ‘hot’ pizza was spiced up with picked chilli slices from a jar. Not my idea of Italian cooking. The biggest let down was the service. Who the host was I couldn’t tell you and the waitresses were not attentive, just placed all the food and drinks down in the middle of the table, and looked miserable most of the time. We have gone from definitely going to book again the last time we left to not going to bother the next time. What a shame!
