We area an AWARD WINNING independent,family run business. We are the Flavours of Herriot Country ~ Tea Room of the Year 2019. The BookCafe is spread over two floors of shopping space. We sell books, gifts, cards, maps, and have a large Cafe and outdoor terrace area, with child friendly garden & a Bike Rack. We pride ourselves on our friendly, personal service to all our customers. Our Cafe has Waitress Service, and the meals are freshly made, using locally sourced produce wherever possible. We are open 7 days per week. Unfortunately we do not allow dogs into the BookCafe or the Garden.
