Went here for a change, lovely staff and welcome. The fish was nice and a good size, the batter was crispy too and the chips were okay. But had better as too pale. But will call again, no doubt.
Absolutely beautiful. Family run fish shop, very friendly people. Amazing what they are doing for the homeless and elderly on Christmas Day. Best fish shop going at the moment and defiantly the best people!! Get yourself down there!
This Chippy isn’t particularly on my doorstep living in Crigglestone but it is worth the drive. The fish (Haddock by default in these parts) is always cooked beautifully. Family run Chippy and always friendly.
Always a great place for fish and chips, and the staff are always friendly. Much better than the big chain chippy down the road, and better value too!
The fish & chips were disgusting I had a fish cake which was extremely raw & my husbands fish was yellow & the batter was awful. I think it has recently changed hands as the food previously was beautiful. Some training needs implementing.
Beautiful fish and chips. We’ll worth the money! Taste just as they should and I’m very fussy with fish! Quality as well as generous quantity!
