The duck and pancetta starter was delicious, as was the fishcake. Fillet steak was spot on, salmon perfectly cooked. We couldn’t manage a pud. Pontefract cakes with the coffee was a nice touch.
We’d booked in to eat here the night before my wedding and we’re running late. The staff kindly waited for us and we still managed to have a fantastic meal.
