We’ve been coming to this pub for about 15 years. Lovely, friendly people. Food is always served hot and quickly. Portion sizes excellent. I recommend the braised beef, it just melts in your mouth. I hope they never retire.

Not cordon bleu, but 3 x rag puddings, chips, mushy peas & 1 fish & chips for £19.90 is an incredible price. Friendly bar staff, decent beer, clean & good old fashioned pub grub, will definitely come back.
