Laid back Columbian vibe. Wobbly third world table. There are english menu’s available if you ask.The two of us shared 4 starters, which was actually a huge quantity of food. Good simple cooking, and hearty portions for very little money.My order of chorizo con arepa was a delicious grilled Columbian sausage with cornbread and a steal at 3.50. My other item of ceviche of camarones was less successful. Poached prawns drowned in thousand island dressing with a bed of shredded lettuce. Only order this if you are feeling nostalgic for a large helping of 1970s prawn cocktail. It came with a fried plantain.My companion had the fried plantain with braised meat which was an enormous quantity of tasty and tender pulled pork with a deep fried plantain. He also ordered the patatas bravas which were large chunks of fried potato that paired better with the thousand island dressing that was also on my prawns.I’d be curious to return to try some mains.
