Bills was founded as a fresh produce store and caf in Lewes, East Sussex by greengrocer Bill Collison in 2000. There are now over 80 restaurants across the UK , serving eclectic British dishes made with fresh and seasonal ingredients. St. Albans has undergone an extensive refurbishment and the menus reimagined to further dial up the eclectic British style. Bill's offers breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner with a full service bar if guests just want to come in for drinks. We have a dog friendly area within the restaurant also.Details
