About
The Foragers are a pair of hunter gatherers: we spend our days creating delicious food from the wild, rummaging in the hedgerows for the best fruit, foliage and fungi. We share our knowledge and passion through foraging workshops, guided walks and private tuition. We share our exciting flavours at our wild food pub, The Verulam Arms in St Albans, where we serve a menu of locally foraged food and responsibly hunted local game.
